What kind of services do you have for children and teens?

Answer

The Public Library has several programs for both children and teens, including, storytime, arts and crafts, and movie showings!

You can browse our upcoming events by visiting our Events page and use the tabs on the left of the page to view programs by age group. Also, you can see events by type with the dropdown box below the tabs.

Also, our Kids Corner and Teen Zone pages have great resources for both children and teens as well as resources for parents.

We also have free, online Live Homework Help where children (and adults) can connect one-on-one with a tutor as well as a variety of online encyclopedias, atlases and other resources to support learning and discovery. You will need a library card to use the service.

Also, don't forget to sign up for our Summer Reading Program that takes place from early June to late July. Children, teens and adults are encouraged to spend time reading -- the Public Library awards great prizes every week and several grand prizes at the end of the program!
