My OverDrive Wish List and Ratings disappeared after my library card was replaced for wear and tear. Can those be transferred to the new card number?

Yes, your OverDrive account information from your old library card number can be transferred to your new one.
Please contact Overdrive support by filling out the Overdrive support form. Provide your full name, your current (new) library card number, and the email address at which you you received emails about your OverDrive account. For the question "Which category best describes the issue."
If you have your old card number, please include it. Otherwise, Overdrive will merge your old account with your new account based on your email address.
