You can cancel the hold online through My Account. Once you log in, you can click on the link to your requests and holds on the left hand side of the screen. Check the box under the "Cancel" column for the title you'd like to cancel, and update the list.
You can also email our Customer Service Office with your name, library card number, and the title of the book that you would like to cancel at email@example.com or you can also call us at 505-768-5170. Please make sure you have your library card ready.
If your book is already on the hold shelf, you will not be able to cancel your hold. However, if you don't pick the book up within 7 business days, your hold will be removed from the shelf and your account.
