The normal transit time for an available item on hold is 3 to 5 business days.
Once the item is at the library you had it sent to, its status will change to 'On Holdshelf' and you will receive a pickup notification by either phone or email (depending on how you have your notification preferences set in your account) the next business day.
If after about a week the item is still showing 'In Transit', you can contact the Customer Service office at 505-768-5170 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see if there is some problem with your hold. Be sure to have your library card number handy if you call or included with the email.
