When a hold arrives at the branch and is ready for pick up, we notify you via e-mail, phone or paper mail; whichever is your preference.
You can find out, or change your preference by logging in to My Account with your library card and PIN number. Click on the "Edit Account" button. A new window will pop up. Under "I would like to receive my notices from the library by:" you have the option to choose telephone or email. Below that, you can update your phone number and email address.
Once you recieve a notification that your hold is ready, you have 7 buisness days to pick it up from the library before we take it off of the shelf. You find the out the last date to pick up your hold, by logging in to My Account and looking under the "Status" column, or by calling our Customer Service office at 505-768-5170 or your local branch, with your Library Card number available.
