Can another person pick up a hold for me?

To pick up your hold for you, that person must bring your library card with them and know your PIN to check it out on the Self-Check out machines.
We will also check out your holds to members of your household, if they provide a photo ID with a matching address and can answer questions about your account (e.g. your name, birthday, address).
If you are a homebound individual, please contact us at 505-768-5141 or library@cabq.gov to arrange for a proxy (someone to pick up your holds) on a long term basis.
