Q. When I placed a hold, I accidentally chose the wrong pickup location. How can I change it?


To change the pick-up location on an active hold, please contact us at library@cabq.gov or call (505) 768-5141. Include your library card number in your email or have it available when you call. You can also call or visit any of our library branches and  staff will be glad to assist you in updating this information.
