Q. A book that I have returned to the library is still on my account, what do I do?
Sometimes it can take us a day or two to get items checked in, especially after a holiday weekend.
If it has been more than a few days, and the item is still showing as checked out to you, please contact the branch where you returned it, call 768-5141 or email us at email@example.com.
We'll be happy to search the libraries you visit for the item. We will also make sure your account remains in good standing while the search is ongoing. When the search is complete, we'll contact you with the results. To make sure we access the correct account, please have your library card number ready when you contact us.
