How do I know when my hold is ready for me to pick up? How long do I have to pick it up from the library once it is ready?

When a hold arrives at the branch and is ready for pick up, we notify you via e-mail, phone or paper mail; whichever is your preference.
You can find out, or change your preference by logging in to My Account with your library card and PIN number. Click on the Edit Account button and new window will appear. Confirm whether you would like to receive notices by email or phone.
We will hold the book for 7 business days (library branch has open hours) to pick it up from the library before we take it off of the shelf. You can find the out the last date to pick up your hold by logging in to My Account and looking under the "Status" column, by calling Main Reference at 505-768-5141, or contacting your local branch.
