Q. I replaced my library card and now it doesn't work with Overdrive. What do I do?
Please contact Overdrive support by filling out the Overdrive support form.
Provide your full name, your current (new) library card number, and the email address at which you you received emails about your OverDrive account.
For the response to the question in the dropdown menu Which category best describes the issue? select Account - Replaced card under. If you have your old card number, please include it. Otherwise, Overdrive will merge your old account with your new account based on your email address.
