How do I download a book?

Many of our downloadable books can be read through a browser, but most platforms recommend using an app to access content, especially if you are planning to read on a device rather than a computer. As we have several different eBook content providers, each will use a different app or software.
Downloadable eBooks are provided by OverDrive, Hoopla, and digital magazines are provided by OverDrive, Libby, and PressReader. All of the apps and instructions for accessing content from various providers are available on our Digital Media help page.
