Log in to My Account and click the 'Personal Information' tab to change your PIN number, your preferences, and SMS text message notification preference. To update your name, address, email address, or phone number, please visit your local library branch or call 505-768-5141 for assistance Monday through Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. To renew or replace your library card, please visit your local branch with your photo ID.

  2. I am unable to find any way to change my email address. When I log in to my account and click on Personal Information > Preferences, there is no option to change the email address. Please advise. Thank you.

  3. I just called 505-768-5141 and was told that mailing address updates need to be done in person, and that each person (including kids) needs to be there. The FAQ suggests otherwise, namely that one can call this number to update one's address. (Perhaps that's just for special cases, people that can't get to the library?)
