Anyone who applies in person at any Public Library branch may obtain a library card.
New Mexico residents are eligible to receive full customer cards.
Other account options are available for people who live outside of New Mexico and are just visiting, as well as for those who cannot provide a current photo ID, or do not have proof of mailing address.
