Hi, and thanks for reaching out. We recently began sending printed notices out because many patrons were not receiving their email notices for hold availability. This is just a temporary solution while we work on making sure the email notices are getting delivered properly. Your notification preference is set to email, so once we get this issue resolved you will no longer receive paper notifications. Thank you!
