Hi, and thanks for reaching out. I pulled up your account and do see that your card is expired! We usually require you to go into any branch with your ID to update your library card. If you are homebound, we have a process in place for that, and you would just have to call 505-768-5141 Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm to get that process started. Thanks for using Ask Us!
