Does LinkedIn Learning have an app to use with my device?
To use the LinkedIn Learning app on your device, you will need to first download the app for either your iOS, Android, IE system.
You can enter through the Public Library website and enter your Library Card Number and Pin at the authentication screen. If the app is installed correctly on the device, the logon will trigger the app to start.
Alternatively, open the app from your list of installed apps. You will be directed to a page that reads "Learn with LinkedIn Learning" and two boxes: "Start your Free Trial" or "Already a Member?"
Click "Already a Member" and then, at the top of the screen, choose the tab for "Organization." Scroll down to "Web Portal" where you must enter the organization URL to sign in; in this field enter cabq.gov (for the Public Library Albuquerque Bernalillo County) and then click "Log In."
A new window will open -- in your Internet browser -- with a prompt for your Library Card Number and Library Card Pin. After entering your information, click Log In.
Once logged in you will have full access to Lynda.com and will be able to track ongoing and completed courses, create playlists, view recommended courses, and explore new content.
